The main goal of my team development program is to help teams, using an expertly facilitated workshop approach, to come together and cultivate a truly exceptional culture that will enable them to achieve great results.
I like to shine a light on the dynamics within the group in particular, and work to create a highly functional team that can find on average an extra 20% of energy, collaboration, growth and productivity.

A one day professionally designed and facilitated group workshop at a site of your choice. The goal of this workshop is to give you and your team a forum to discuss your current (and/or desired) culture and team dynamics in a psychologically safe and constructive way, with a professional facilitator to help. The team will co-create a plan to pursue a culture of high performance through shared goals, shared leadership, collaboration, open communication, clear expectations, early conflict resolution, and a strong sense of accountability and trust among team members.
An initial one day workshop followed by a review workshop after an agreed period of time (eg, 6 - 8 weeks). I’ll start by helping the team to analyse the past few weeks. Successes. Struggles. What’s improved. What hasn’t. What the team can do better. Who will do what. Together, you’ll celebrate progress and draw powerful insights from any obstacles faced. I will help your team re-adjust what’s necessary and generate strong ownership of some focus areas for the new quarter ahead…
An initial one day workshop followed by quarterly review workshops. Creating a new culture and operating pattern in any team is an intentional process that requires consistent reinforcement. As each quarterly review workshop goes by, you will stack more and more improvements on top of each other. No excuses, just progress every quarter. Before you know it, you start gaining momentum and things start getting easier for you as a leader. You start feeling more confident about the path the team is on - and the path you are on as a leader. The end result is simple: consistently turn the culture in your team into improved results for you, your team and the business/organisation
I take the team through this process while teaching the team to manage itself. That’s the game changer. I’m not interested in creating a dependancy on me as a facilitator. My ultimate objective is to transfer ownership of the healthy dynamic to the team themselves.
